DentalReply is not a law firm and does not provide legal, compliance, or HIPAA advice. Responses generated by the tool are drafts — you are responsible for reviewing them before posting. Always consult your compliance officer or legal counsel for specific guidance.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account page. No refunds are issued for partial months. The 7-day free trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
You agree not to use DentalReply to generate responses that are fraudulent, defamatory, or that violate any applicable law. You are solely responsible for the content you post to Google or any other platform.
DentalReply shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including any regulatory penalties, HIPAA violations, or reputational harm resulting from review responses you choose to post.
