We collect your email address when you subscribe. We store review text you submit in order to generate responses. We do not collect, store, or process any patient health information (PHI).
Your email is used to manage your subscription via Stripe. Review text you submit is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate response drafts and is not stored on our servers after processing.
We use Stripe for payment processing and Anthropic for AI response generation. Both are subject to their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data to any third party.
We use a single session cookie to enforce the free trial limit. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing marc@dentalreplyapp.com.
